ACTHRA PROJECT: Assessing the impact of the ACT HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2004 Western AustraliaThe Consultative Committee has now released its report recommending a Human Rights Act for Western Australia. However, the response of the government has so far been cautious, suggesting that a WA Human Rights Act may be put on hold pending the proposed consultations about a federal charter of rights.
