ACTHRA PROJECT: Assessing the impact of the ACT HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2004 Australian Bills of Rights: The ACT and Beyond
This one day event was hosted by the Regulatory Institutions Network, ANU, and the Gilbert +Tobin Centre of Public Law, UNSW, on 21 June 2006. The conference considered the progress of the ACT Human Rights Act in its second year, and the developments in Victoria, Tasmania and at federal level. Dr Petra Butler also provided a comparative perspective with lessons from the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act.
